FREE songs from Neversoft! Our thanks to our fans!

Postby Neversoft » Thu Nov 26, 2009 1:14 am

As a thank you to fans of both Band Hero and Guitar Hero, Neversoft proudly presents a FREE six song track pack of music from bands that feature Neversoft employees. The track pack includes "Lemon Frosting" by Bunny Knutson, "RockNRola" by Nancy Fullforce, "From the Blue/Point of No Return/T.T.R.T.S" by An Endless Sporadic, "Love Holds It Down" by Dom Liberati, "You Really Like Me" by Davidicus and "Guilty Pleasures" by Tony Solis.

The songs are not hosted by Neversoft or Activision. We have tried to make the free songs available on all platforms. So the pack is now available where it can be - thank you to Microsoft and Sony for making it possible. We also thank our fans for being so rocktastic!

Happy Thanksgiving and ROCK OUT!

So Nintendo stopped the pack appearing on the Wii.

That's what it sounds like, but until we get told for sure, it's all speculation.

Unfortunately, the post doesn't come right out and SAY that. It most definitely implies that, but doesn't say it.

If it is Nevervisions fault they won't admit it just like that would they? Would be stupid to do

I can see nintendo behind this too, but just saying.

Pointing fingers never helps anyone. We just thank Sony and Microsoft for helping us release the packs to the fans for free.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

And now... us Neversofters will sneak off and have us some pumpkin pie... Actually, most left the building hours ago. Yay for shortened days and weeks!

If it was Neversoft or Activision's fault, I don't think they would try to imply it was Nintendo.

If that isn't pointing the finger at Nintendo then I don't know what is.

I have no personal agenda here, I'm a PS3 (and unused Xbox 360) owner. I wish Wii owners all the happiness with their consoles as possible. But read the text with an open mind and tell me it doesn't say - by way of omission - that the ball was in Nintendo's court.
